About POR
Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR) is our governing document, and contains detailed explanations of all the principles, policies, governance and rules of The Scout Association.
This year, the updated version of POR was launched through a three-stage process, including an opportunity for members of Scouting to feed back on the proposed changes. You can find details of the process here.
